CitiBus is located in their new wheelchair accessible facility at 544 Newell Street in Watertown NY.

The new buses are air conditioned and have the kneel-down feature for wheelchair access and also accommodate bicycles by means of a front rack.

A Paratransit bus is available for those passengers who are not able to use the regular buses. (Form required)

In addition to its many regular routes, during the summer, the bus also goes to the park on Saturdays.
