Our Mayor, Jeffrey M. Smith, is the head of the City Government and presides at all meetings of the City Council.

A voting member of the Council, the Mayor represents the City at civic events and private-public occasions throughout the year.

The Mayor's duties are to provide leadership, and promote teamwork by assisting the Council in establishing policies and coordinating Council activities.
